Annual Compensation Equivalent: $96,000–$172,800
Hourly Rate: $50–$90/hr

Annual compensation equivalent is calculated at 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks per year and is not a guaranteed salary.

About the Role

We are seeking strong Generalists to contribute to projects involving data annotation, AI model evaluation, quality assurance, and structured problem-solving.

This role is suited to professionals who can work across different subject areas, assess information critically, identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies, and communicate their reasoning clearly.

You do not need prior AI experience. The most important qualities are strong judgment, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to follow project requirements consistently.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze, evaluate, and annotate different types of data used for AI training and validation.

• Review information and AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and quality.

• Provide clear written feedback based on project requirements and evaluation criteria.

• Complete problem-solving tasks that require reasoning across different topics and contexts.

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, gaps, and areas where outputs can be improved.

• Apply project guidelines and quality standards consistently.

• Participate in quality assurance and review processes.

• Document observations, findings, and reasoning clearly.

• Communicate insights effectively through written and verbal channels.

• Manage assigned work independently and meet required deadlines.

• Adapt to different project requirements, subject areas, and evaluation workflows.
