Eaton is currently seeking a General Welder for the 2nd Shift (Transformers) in Waukesha, WI. Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a General Welder - 2nd Shift (Transformers). The hourly rate for this position is $26.20 + $2.50 shift differential per hour. The hours for this shift are 3pm - 11pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is offering a sign‑on bonus of $2,000* paid in two installments, less applicable withholding.
The General Welder will operate various types of welding equipment in both Transformer assembly lines for general production work. This may include low voltage welding, welding on stainless and mild steel covers, welding radiators onto the tanks, and using the robotic welder. This is a select position, and all candidates will be required to interview.
