Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Gender Welder - 3rd Shift (Transformer).
The hourly rate for this position is $26.20 + $2.50 shift premium per hour. The hours for this shift are 11pm - 7am. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.
Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is offering a sign‑on bonus of $3,000* paid in two installments, less applicable withholding.
Bonuses are being offered for a limited time only. Applications must be submitted on or after January 1st, 2024 to qualify.
Bonuses are only applicable to specific job types and shifts; additional terms and conditions may apply.

The General Welder will operate various types of welding equipment in both Transformer assembly lines for general production work. This may include low voltage welding, welding on stainless and mild steel covers, welding radiators onto the tanks, and using the robotic welder.
This is a select position, and all candidates will be required to interview.
