Job description

Pay: $21/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Unwrap, sort, stack, and label products following all safety standards, policies, and procedures.
2. Pack, seal, and label materials or pallets for storage or shipping.
3. Manually load and unload products on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
4. Wrap pallets using a wrap machine.
5. Document and report damages or issues with products or materials to the supervisor and follow instructions to resolve problems.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operate manual pallet jack equipment.
2. Clean and organize the warehouse at the end of each shift.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

1. Basic math skills.
2. Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts.
3. Ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage, wearing appropriate PPE.
6. Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs./18 kg; weight may vary depending on the facility.
7. Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
8. Comfortable with noise levels, which can sometimes be loud.
