Compensation

• $20.00 Day Shift Starting Wage
• $23.00 Evening & Overnight Starting Wage
• SIGN-ON BONUS $3,000 bonus paid in $1,000 increments at completion of 4, 8, and 12 months of employment
• Full‑Time PDC eligible roles
• RELOCATION ASSISTANCE – Up to $5,000 relocation bonus available to Full‑Time PDC eligible roles (paid after providing proof of change in residency)

Responsibilities

• Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
• Inspect and receive product
• Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock
• Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging
• Perform packaging tasks which include:
  • Review pack lists to insure correct quantities
  • Verify correct parts have been picked
  • Box product and prepare for shipping
• Assemble cables and battery packs
• Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities
• Shipping (Processing)
• Shipping Dock
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC answering product questions
• Handle customer change‑order requests when applicable
• Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels
• Perform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update system
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Education

Physical Requirements

• Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
• Capable of spending 8‑10 hours walking/standing on concrete
• Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
• Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs
• Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
