Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a flexible light industrial worker to support assembly, packaging, and distribution across varied mandates in the Wrentham area. The role offers exposure to multiple production environments and opportunities to learn new procedures.

Responsibilities include assembling products, inspecting quality, labeling and packing, staging inventory, and adapting to different duties as mandates change. Evening shift is available with standard safety expectations.

Qualifications

• Production assembly: perform repetitive light assembly tasks or machine tending duties on production lines.
• Quality checks: conduct visual quality inspections on finished components, removing and reporting any defective items.
• Packaging and labeling: accurately pack products into cartons, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare pallets for movement.
• Inventory staging: assist with staging materials, ensuring production lines are constantly stocked with necessary components.
• Skill adaptability: quickly learn new procedures and adapt to different roles within the light industrial setting during each mandate.
