Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join its distribution center team as General Warehouse Associate IIs. You will handle receiving, storing, and distributing furniture and accessories while working nights.

Responsibilities include pulling, loading, receiving shipments, and processing returns in a fast-paced environment. The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 150 lbs, and cooperation with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma/GED.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a distribution and/or warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks in a standing position for extended periods of time.
• Comfortability with repetitive movements.
• Ability to build respectful and effective working relationships, and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Understanding of general work practices in distribution and/or warehousing, including unloading, loading, picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes and procedures.
• Willing to adjust schedule and hours as needed to accommodate business needs/overtime.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and act as a self-starter.
• Maintain a high degree of integrity and honesty, and ability to show consistency between words and actions.
