Job summary

Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join our distribution center team as Equipment Operators. The reach truck/high-level stock picker moves, locates, relocates, stacks, and counts merchandise with care and precision.

Night shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00PM – 11:30PM. Responsibilities include operating power equipment, RF-based picking, inventory accuracy, and safe, efficient handling of products.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma/GED.
• 1–2 years of experience operating order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, sit-down tow motor, or rider pallet jack.
• Operate equipment at heights up to 35 ft.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Understanding of distribution/warehousing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick and put away - Operate power mobile material handling equipment (cherry picker/reach truck/high-level picker).
• Use RF gun to select orders and put away product based on system-directed order types.
• Retrieve items for delivery, picking and staging inventory accurately in assigned areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by moving product via RF transactions.
• Ensure merchandise integrity from rack to dock, damage-free.
• Operate equipment safely following company safety standards.

Night Shift Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 3:00PM – 11:30PM

Responsibilities

• Pick and put away - Operate power mobile material handling equipment (cherry picker/reach truck/high-level picker)
• Use RF gun to select orders and put away product based on system directed order types
• Retrieve all items for delivery / picking and staging inventory accurately in assigned areas
• Inventory - Maintain inventory accuracy levels by moving all product via RF transactions
• Package - Responsible for the integrity of the merchandise in movement from rack to dock damage free
• Safety - Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner based on company safety standards

Requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations
• High school diploma/GED
• 1 - 2 years of experience operating an order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, sit down tow motor, or rider pallet jack
• The ability to operate equipment at a height potential of 35 ft.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Working knowledge of computer programs
• Understanding of general work practices in distribution and/or warehousing, including order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes and procedures
