Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals in Hutchins, TX to join our weekend distribution center team. General Warehouse Associate II will manage receiving, storing, and distribution of merchandise to support our business.

The role requires operating power equipment, loading shipments, handling inbound/outbound goods, and processing returns while maintaining accuracy and integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs with or without accommodations.
• 1–2 years in a distribution/warehouse setting preferred.
• Standing for extended periods and repetitive movements.
• Willing to adjust schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pick items using power equipment; stage inventory accurately.

• Friday - Sunday, 6:00AM - 6:30PM

Responsibilities

• Pull and Pick – Operate power mobile material handling equipment. Retrieve all items for delivery or picking and staging inventory accurately in assigned areas
• Load – Load furniture into trucks for delivery to hubs, stores and customer homes
• Receive – Receive shipments from across the globe, check furniture and accessories shipments, unload, and rack in distribution center
• Package – Handle returns from stores and customers, and rack within distribution center

Requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations
• High school diploma/GED
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a distribution and/or warehouse setting preferred
• Ability to perform tasks in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Comfortability with repetitive movements
• Ability to build respectful and effective working relationships, and collaborate with others to achieve common goals
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Working knowledge of computer programs
• Understanding of general work practices in distribution and/or warehousing, including unloading, loading, picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes and procedures
• Willing to adjust schedule and hours as needed to accommodate business needs/overtime
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and act as a self-starter
• Maintain a high degree of integrity and honesty, and ability to show consistency between words and actions
