Job summary

International Packaging (IPI) is seeking a General Warehouse & Production Worker in Minneapolis, MN. The role combines warehouse duties with production support across multiple departments on 1st or 2nd shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and use tools such as tape guns with accuracy and care.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Move between machines, racks, and work areas as part of daily responsibilities.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Support production flow and team efficiency across multiple departments to meet and exceed run rate goals.

• Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• Schedule Options: 1 st Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) or 2 nd Shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm)

What You’ll Do

As a General Warehouse & Production Worker, you will:
