Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a General Urologist to join an established urology practice at a 360-bed nonprofit medical center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incoming physician will have access to a strong referral network and use advanced robotic platforms, with a 36-hour work week and dedicated surgical times, plus opportunities for outreach and teaching.

The position offers a two-year guaranteed base salary up to the 75th percentile with RVU incentives, a sign-on bonus, CME stipend, relocation

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board eligibility or board certification in Urology.
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure and hospital credentialing.
• Able to provide care across outpatient, surgical, inpatient and consultative settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad general urology services to a large patient population with a strong referral network.
• Utilize two robotic platforms and advanced technologies for procedures.
• Maintain a 36-hour work week with dedicated surgical times and half-day of administrative time.
• Engage in outreach and teaching opportunities.
• Support growth to a four-urologist, four-APP team and participate in call coverage with locum support.
