Qualifications

• MD/DO with Wisconsin licensure or eligibility.
• Board certification in Urology or eligibility status.

Responsibilities

• Practice general urology with capability to focus on diverse urology procedures.
• Provide surgical and clinical care in an integrated health system.
• Engage in both inpatient and outpatient settings with on-call responsibilities.

Education

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

Wisconsin medical license or eligibility

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Leadership/consultation across inpatient and outpatient
