Job summary

The State of Georgia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities seeks a General Trades Tech/Groundskeeper Supervisor for East Central Regional Hospital. Under day shift, you will oversee semiskilled and skilled building trades work, repair, maintenance and construction of state buildings, and supervise grounds activities.

You will install and maintain security, climate control and other facilities systems, and may be required to be on-call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; three years in building repairs/maintenance or two years in the General Trades Tech role.
• Area-specific certifications or licenses may be required for some positions.
• Background checks and vaccinations may be required by state law.
