About the Role

The General Trades Mechanic performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, cleaning, carpentry, and HVAC at a basic to intermediate level.

• Responsible for general maintenance, upkeep, and minor repairs• Performs general maintenance and repair of the building HVAC system• Replace motor bearings and motors • Place or remove systems and equipment as directed• Perform other duties as assigned

You Should Have

• Minimum of five (5) years general maintenance experience
• Experience in carpentry, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, and mechanical buildings systems
• Must pass background check
