Absolute Recomp is hiring for a Front Desk/Member Experience role at our Frisco, TX location. You will welcome members, handle check-ins, answer inquiries, and educate guests on products while maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.

You will process retail purchases, manage memberships, and support club operations with cleanliness and concierge-level service. A positive attitude and multitasking ability are essential for success in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using POS systems and technology.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Maintain accurate member records.

Responsibilities

Member Experience

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 45 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
