• Perform clinical nursing skills independently and administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments.
• Coordinate daily patient assignments and supervise care delivery by support staff.
• Develop patient teaching and discharge planning documentation; participate in education programs.
• Participate in professional excellence activities and mentor new staff as appropriate.
