The selected surgeon will work at MercyOne Waterloo General Surgery, with block time, a strong referral base, and exposure to state-of-the-art diagnostics and robotics.

The position offers a robust compensation package with a 2-year guarantee, plus production incentives, signing and relocation incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

• $462,444 x 2-year Guarantee with Production Incentive

• $70K Commencement Bonus

• $30K Longevity Bonus at the end of year 3
