MercyOne WaterlooUrology in Waterloo, IA is actively seeking a full-time urologist to join a well-supported practice. The clinic operates 3.5 days weekly with one day in the operating room, featuring on-site lab, ultrasound, and advanced cystoscope/Olympus equipment.

The campus is just 5 minutes from the main MercyOne Waterloo facility. Compensation includes a $600K guaranteed for 2 years plus production incentives; potential earnings exceed $650K, with a $50K signing bonus and $15K relocation.

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description:

• Fully staffed urology clinic with own RN
• Urology clinic has 3 procedure rooms (each fully equipped with Cystoscope/Olympus video), 12 exam rooms, on-site lab, Ultrasound, and GE Ultrasound (with Biopsy Probe and Transducer)
• 3.5 days in clinic and 1 day OR
• State of the art equipment
• Surgery and outpatient procedures are performed at MercyOne Waterloo campus, which is located just 5 minutes away from the office.

Compensation/Benefits

• $600K guarantee for 2 years + Production Incentive
