Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a busy inpatient general surgery team. This employed position delivers comprehensive patient care under physician supervision and leverages advanced surgical resources within a robust health system.

Board certification and Maryland PA licensure are required, with BLS within 30 days. An accredited PA program graduate with a master’s degree is preferred; Urology experience is a bonus.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Physician Assistant credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

• 1 year of experience preferred.
