General Surgery Physician Assistant (PA-C)

We are seeking a General Surgery Physician Assistant (PA‑C) to join a dynamic and highly collaborative surgical team that values teamwork, flexibility, and professional growth.

The Opportunity

This is a full‑time, 40‑hour position in a fast‑paced but highly supportive surgical environment. The practice includes four surgeons and one PA, offering strong collaboration and a true team‑based model of care.

Your Schedule & Structure

• Full‑time, 40 hours per week
• 1 weekend of rounding required (no call during weekend coverage)
• Primarily inpatient floor‑based work with consults (~8 per day)
• Flexible and predictable scheduling environment
• Strong team support to promote work‑life balance

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Managing post‑operative and surgical patients throughout their care journey
• Completing inpatient consults and rounding on surgical patients
• Collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and APP colleagues
• Supporting clinical decision‑making in a fast‑paced surgical setting
• Opportunity to scrub in with surgeons if interested
• Opportunity to teach and supervise residents in an academic‑supported environment
