Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed MD or DO in the state of practice with board certification or eligibility.
• Current Federal DEA registration required upon hire.
• Ability to meet scheduling and on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients according to approved protocols and standards.
• Provides medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Maintains patient records and ensures safety and aseptic practices.
• Collaborates with care team and ensures appropriate referrals when needed.

Education

MD (Medical Doctor) - Board of Medicine licensed

DO (Doctor of Osteopathy) - Board eligible or board certified

DEA license (US DOJ) required
