Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a General Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in SNFs across the area. Enjoy a no-call Monday-Friday schedule, clinical autonomy, and a path to ongoing patient impact outside traditional hospital settings.

You will provide wound debridement, bedside procedures, and advanced dressings while maintaining your surgical skills. A competitive, contractor-friendly structure is offered with comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the practicing state.
• DEA license or eligibility.
• No prior wound care experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
