Cottage Hospital in the picturesque White Mountains of New Hampshire is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon to join our dedicated and collaborative team.

You will practice in a shared solo model with one other General Surgeon, balancing clinic, operating room time, and call duties, with strong anesthesia and ED support for a sustainable lifestyle. This role offers clinical autonomy in a close-knit hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in general surgery.
• Experience in a shared solo model is preferred.
• Ability to manage clinic, OR block, and call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general surgical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Perform a variety of procedures, including endoscopy
• Manage ICU patients as needed
• Collaborate closely with anesthesia, ED providers, and hospital staff
