Job Description: We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in building highways, bridges, or large-scale TxDOT projects.. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage high-profile projects that significantly impact the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the construction team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
