Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Bridge Engineer to spearhead the growth of our Bridge Engineering Group within the Ohio Transportation Business Unit. This role will support a growing contract backlog with ODOT, OTIC, and local governments, contributing to the expansion of our Ohio presence. The position involves providing management and technical leadership to Ohio bridge projects, client interaction, and business development strategies for specific project opportunities. The successful candidate will also engage with regional projects in Indiana, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Flexible remote and hybrid work schedules are available.
Responsibilities
Qualified candidates have the option to work 100% remotely, with occasional site and client visits. Preference is for candidates in Columbus, but candidates from anywhere in Ohio will be considered. Currently, there are three team members in Columbus: a Sr Transportation Engineer, a technician, and an EIT. The role involves collaboration with staff from other offices.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
