Job Title: General Superintendent

Location: Saint George, UT

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

We are seeking a general superintendent who has experience with commercial construction projects, ideally with a general contractor, if that sounds like you, lets connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Assist the project management team.
• Create, manage, and track RFIs from the field to the office.
• Maintain project records, and documentation.
• Create and distribute the project schedule in collaboration with the project manager and superintendent.
• Facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
• Obtain necessary project permits in conjunction with the project manager and owner.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate site safety and document compliance.
• Aid in project closeout.
• Complete other tasks as assigned to support project objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or similar experience in the field.
• Proficiency with project management software, preferably Procore.
• Certifications related to construction management or project management are desirable.
• Proven track record of effective communication and teamwork in a construction setting.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
