An established industry player is seeking a General Superintendent IV to oversee construction activities in North Carolina. This role involves supervising craft workers, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of EPC Industrial Construction experience, including at least 5 years in a superintendent role. The General Superintendent IV is primarily responsible for assisting the Construction Manager for supervising direct craft activities, subordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and others as assigned, while building a positive safety culture on site. Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors’ performance follow specifications and within schedule. Performs general functions inherent in all supervisory field positions. This position will be located on a project in North Carolina.
