Job summary

G&E Partners, a Top ENR General Contractor, seeks an experienced General Superintendent with data center experience to lead flagship, ground-up projects and drive growth within its mission-critical division.

You will oversee day-to-day construction at multiple data center sites, supervise onsite teams and subcontractors, review drawings and schedules, conduct site inspections, and travel up to 75% to support active builds and expansions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction management experience on the General Contractor side, overseeing large-scale, ground-up data center projects.
• 5+ years of continuous service at a single company.
• Experience with Top ENR-ranked General Contractors.
• Must be comfortable with working onsite and a full-time traveling role.

G&E Partners are currently working with a Top ENR Commercial General Contractor, seeking an experienced General Superintendent with data center experience for their upcoming flagship projects.

In this role, you will join an industry leading GC, driving the growth and expansion of their key mission critical division, with a clear path for progression.

• Oversee day-to-day construction and deployment activities at multiple data center sites, ensuring project quality, safety, and timelines
• Coordinate and supervise onsite teams, subcontractors, and vendors across rotating project locations
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution and site readiness
• Conduct site inspections, maintain documentation, and provide progress updates to project leadership
• Troubleshoot onsite issues and ensure compliance with data center standards and regulatory requirements
• Travel frequently (up to 75%+) to support active builds, retrofits, and expansion projects.

• Demonstrated stability in employment, with 5+ years of continuous service at a single company.
• Extensive experience across various ground-up commercial construction sectors preferred.
• Expertise in Data Centers on the GC side required.
• Must be comfortable with working onsite.
• Must be open to a full time travelling role.
