As our company continues to expand—experiencing over 30% annual growth for the past 3 years and on track to double revenue this year—we need a strong, experienced field leader who can supervise multiple projects and crews with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction field activities, crews, and project sites across multiple concurrent projects.
• Supervise and coordinate foremen, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project schedules.
• Serve as the lead superintendent on large or high-profile projects when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety regulations and perform regular site safety checks.
• Conduct layout and verify accuracy of critical components per construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document crew performance; identify training needs and support development.
• Review materials usage and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct pre-pour inspections and ensure final quality control standards are met.
• Communicate project schedules, forecast needs, and provide regular updates to management.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, subs, and vendors.
• Foster a company-minded, team-oriented culture on the jobsite.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial concrete field supervision or construction management.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional layout and verification abilities.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple crews and manage workload distribution across projects.
• Experience enforcing jobsite safety protocols and conducting field inspections.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and team-minded.
• Masonry experience preferred; training available for qualified concrete professionals.
