With over 30% annual growth and plans to double revenue this year, we need a strong leader capable of supervising crews and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all field activities, crews, and sites across multiple projects.
• Supervise foremen and ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Lead large or high-profile projects when required.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct site safety checks.
• Conduct layout and verify critical components per plans.
• Monitor crew performance, identify training needs, and support development.
• Review materials usage and maintain documentation.
• Perform pre-pour inspections and final quality checks.
• Communicate schedules, forecast needs, and update management.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Promote a team-oriented culture on-site.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial concrete supervision or construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent layout and verification skills.
• Experience managing multiple crews and projects.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and inspections.

• Masonry experience is a plus; training available for qualified concrete professionals.
