Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior Superintendent or General Superintendent position with a well-established Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience leading $100M+ construction projects as lead Superintendent.
• Experience in life sciences, mission critical/data centers, healthcare or manufacturing.
• Ability to supervise and develop General Superintendents and other field leadership.

Senior General Superintendent – Life Science & Mission Critical

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 base + 16% annual bonus

Exciting opportunity to join one of the most recognized General Contractors in the U.S., working for a national construction business generating approximately $10B in annual revenue. The business has a major presence across the Triangle region, particularly within the life sciences and mission critical sectors, with a strong pipeline of large-scale, complex projects.

As Senior General Superintendent, you will take a senior field leadership position within the business, with General Superintendents reporting directly to you. You will be responsible for overseeing large project teams and helping ensure the successful delivery of major projects throughout the region.

Requirements

• Experience in a Senior Superintendent or General Superintendent position with a well-established Commercial General Contractor
• Experience of being the lead Superintendent on $100M+ construction projects
• Project experience within life sciences, mission critical/data centers, healthcare or manufacturing
• Experience supervising and leading large project teams
• Ability to oversee and develop General Superintendents and other field leadership
• 16% annual bonus
