- Participate in project turnover, startup, mobilization, logistics, phasing, sequencing, and manpower planning.
- Review project schedules and support Superintendents with short-term planning, milestone tracking, critical activities, and recovery plans.
- Support projects involving occupied facilities, phased construction, accelerated schedules, and work outside traditional operating hours.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and other project documentation as needed to support field execution.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and help hold trade partners accountable for manpower, safety, quality, schedule, and contractual responsibilities.
- Assist field teams with resolving trade conflicts, scope coordination, and other construction issues.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents.
- Assist with onboarding and training new field employees.
- Support senior field leadership with staffing, Superintendent assignments, and upcoming field manpower needs.
- Reinforce company procedures, documentation requirements, and field expectations across projects.
- Ensure daily reports, progress photos, safety documentation, and other required field records are accurate and timely.
- Promote consistent and effective use of Procore and company field technology.
- Reinforce OSHA requirements and company safety standards and participate in corrective action when concerns are identified.
- Monitor workmanship and quality control and ensure deficiencies are addressed promptly.
- Support punch list, turnover, final inspections, and project closeout.
- Communicate significant field risks, staffing concerns, subcontractor issues, and project challenges to senior field and Operations leadership.
- Travel regularly to active project locations.
