As a General Store Manager, this role will be responsible for leading, training, and developing store associates to ensure a high level of meeting and exceeding company standards and KPIs. The Store Manager will lead operational standards and ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience to align with profitability and increase store sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high integrity, be results-driven, and serve as a role model.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Increase profitability and customer loyalty to ensure KPI performance and company standards are met or exceeded.
2. Drive KPIs to meet sales targets, GMR, NPS, and sales per hour.
3. Audit operating procedures, maintain knowledge of company products, store procedures, and promotions.
4. Manage timekeeping, optimize schedules, and handle associate records.
5. Communicate strategies during daily and weekly meetings to align with departmental goals.
6. Manage associate performance through coaching, mentoring, and training for performance improvement.
7. Implement company standards and foster a positive work environment to build a strong, rewarding culture.
8. Staff, coach, and develop associates through continuous training to improve sales performance.
9. Ensure proper staffing levels, reduce turnover, and maintain a fully staffed store.
10. Collaborate with recruiting for hiring, transfers, and promotions to meet staffing needs.
11. Work with Human Resources on pay adjustments, corrective actions, and employment decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in store operations.
2. Understanding of incentive and commission-based environments.
3. Effective time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
4. Ability to adapt to changing business demands.
5. Willingness to work extended hours and weekends to support store operations.
