Your Mission as a Store Manager:
As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind your store's success, demonstrating accountability, energy, and a sharp focus on boosting sales and developing a strong team for sustained growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement & Sales Growth:Take ownership of your store's financial success, ensuring consistent monthly sales growth through active community involvement, strategic partnerships, and innovative local marketing strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key influencers, fitness centers, local businesses, and community organizations both within and outside the store environment.
- Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor, at community events, and within the local area to generate awareness, enthusiasm, and customer acquisition.
- Operations & Store Experience:Create an engaging in-store atmosphere that embodies the brand's image: clean, energetic, and consistently ready to make a positive first impression.
- Ensure smooth daily store operations through meticulous attention to detail in merchandising, cleanliness standards, and exceptional customer service delivery.
- Team Leadership & Strategic Staffing:Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 5–7 individuals, ensuring the right talent is in the right roles.
- Lead your team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve both individual and store sales targets.
- Offer timely coaching and feedback, celebrate successes, and address performance concerns promptly.
- Foster a workplace culture characterized by accountability, growth opportunities, fun, and genuine hospitality, where team members are motivated to reach goals and serve customers with passion.
- Financial Accountability:Take full responsibility for your store's financial performance, including analyzing the Profit & Loss statement, managing labor and inventory expenses, and implementing strategic actions to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Utilize sales reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and trend analysis to coach your team and refine store execution strategies.
- Market Communication & Innovation:Serve as the primary point of contact for your store with Retail Leadership, providing regular updates on insights, challenges, and potential solutions.
- Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving; proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Cultivate a team culture that is deeply rooted in the company's core values: Winning, Ownership, Gratitude, Purpose, and Curiosity.
What You Bring to the Table:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of management experience in retail, sales, fitness, hospitality, or dining, with a proven track record of P&L ownership.
- Significant experience in hiring, developing, and leading teams, ideally within multi-unit or fast-paced settings.
- A strong sales-oriented mindset with a competitive drive and a passion for achieving results.
- High level of emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and a positive outlook when facing challenges.
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, and empowering others to succeed.
- A proactive and dependable team player with a strong bias for action and achieving tangible outcomes.
- Flexibility to accommodate business needs, including working evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak operational periods.
