Role Description

This is a full-time role for a General Store Manager located in Cleveland, TN. The General Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff. Additional responsibilities include handling inventory, enforcing store policies, maintaining store appearance, lead, train, and inspire a high-performing sales team and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role requires effective communication with customers and team members to drive sales and ensure a positive store experience.
