Job summary

Brasada Ranch in Central Oregon seeks a Retail Agent to welcome guests, assist with products, and reflect the resort's authentic Lifestyle.

You will handle transactions at the point-of-sale, share knowledge of services, and help guests create memorable experiences in the Cabins and their homes. Fluency in English and friendly communication are essential, and prior retail or guest-service experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Coffee experience is not necessary.
• Previous guest service and retail experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
• Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Works applications and/or Point- of -Sales System required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly responsible & reliable.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests and members.
• Full knowledge of all products and ability to address questions about them.
• Prepare specialty coffee drinks.
• Conduct all transactions on the point-of-sale terminal using the specific policies and procedures required.
• Maintain an organized, sanitary, and safe working area.
• Ability to fully explain all resort products, services, and other information about the resort to all guests and owners.
• Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities, and hours of operation as well as dining options currently available.
• Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
