AMIConstruction,Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a General Skilled Laborer to help with paving, grading, base & sealcoating tasks across our divisions. This fast-paced role rewards energy, safety, and strong hands-on skills.

You will follow local and DOT regulations, train with specialty crews, operate heavy equipment, and work with teammates to complete projects on time. A valid driver's license and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Grading experience is highly preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as rollers, dozers, or skid steers.
• Work alongside crewmembers and assist in all capacities of applications.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to local, commercial, and DOT regulations while working.
• Assist specialty crews, demonstrating a willingness to learn and cross-train in various roles.
• Safely operate heavy equipment including company trucks, rollers, dozers, and skid steers.
• Consistently comply with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Immediately report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to a supervisor.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance professional skills.
• Perform other duties assigned.
