Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Ability to communicate problems or needs to supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods in an open air environment with PPE.
• Commitment to safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Inspect production fixtures, chains and hooks for safe use.
• Hand wire small to medium parts to racks for galvanizing.
• Move steel parts and bundles as required in plant/yard.
• Prepare parts for galvanizing using tools and air guns.
• Assist with general plant cleanup and housekeeping.
• Work safely to protect self and others.
