Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in San Antonio, TX is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to join our team and deliver World Class Service to guests while maintaining park operations. You’ll perform general maintenance, assist with ice and bagging equipment, and help deliver ice across the park, all while upholding safety and a fun, fast-paced environment.

This role requires age 18+, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and SEA driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand, walk and work in extreme temperatures (28°F - 33°F) and environments.
• Operate forklift and ice truck as part of routine tasks.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced theme-park environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Assist with ice plant tasks, bagging equipment, and ice bin maintenance.
• Deliver ice across the park using a delivery truck.
• Maintain and service bagging equipment and ice bins.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and provide World Class service to guests and employees.

What you get to do:

• You’ll perform a variety of general maintenance tasks throughout the facility.

You will:

• Bags and stocks ice in ice plant.
• Assist A/C Shop with changing filter, cleaning equipment, fire watch, reeming tubes of chiller, HVAC/R equipment installation, repair jobs, cooling tower maintenance and service.
• Delivers ice throughout park while operating delivery truck.
• Maintains and services bagging equipment and ice bins.
• Cleans and maintains work area.
• Maintains a high standard of safety and adheres to all safety guidelines.
• Provides World Class Service to guests and employees.

What it takes to succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and obtain a SEA driver’s license.
• Must be able to frequently lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions, to include temperatures ranging from 28°F - 33°F.
• Must be able to operate a fork lift and ice truck.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions, including temperatures below 50 degrees.

Compensation: $14.00 PH
