Job summary

NationMind LLC is seeking a General Services Specialist to support Florida facilities in the Lakeland area. The role requires you to manage PPE inventory, vehicle logs, and IT equipment moves while maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency.

You will work independently, follow directives, and coordinate with supervisors and site staff to ensure all facilities run smoothly. The position includes occasional travel and a strong emphasis on safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Florida driver's license and pass a level 2 background screening and clear MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PPE and DSNAP inventory and distribution systems.
• Adhere to CFOP 40-2 Vehicle Management and manage state vehicle logs.
• Maintain Emergency Response Vehicles & Trailers (ERV).
• Assist with day-to-day department needs and moves.
• Create and manage access with the keycard system and log key issuance.
• Move and position furniture with hand dollies and equipment as required.
• Support IT equipment moves during large relocations.
• Inspect facilities for safety and operational readiness.
