Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time General Service Technicians in the Philadelphia, PA area. The role involves tire service, oil changes, fluids checks, and basic maintenance at our automotive service centers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
