Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care NC is hiring a General Service Technician to perform basic automotive services, assist experienced technicians, and explain recommended services to customers. The role helps keep the shop organized and safe while delivering quality vehicle care.

Eligible candidates typically have 1–2 years of related experience or coursework, a valid driver’s license, and can work Monday through Saturday with at least one day off. Competitive hourly pay applies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience or automotive classes.
• Valid driver’s license or ID.
• State inspection license a plus.
• Passion for automotive work and eagerness to learn.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work Mon–Sat with a day off (5 days).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services: oil changes, tire maintenance, vehicle inspections, brakes, alignments, and more.
• Assist fellow technicians and learn advanced skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain recommended services.
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe.
