Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care NC is seeking motivated General Service Technicians to join our Durham area team. If you’re passionate about cars and eager to learn, this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Earn $14–$16 per hour with commission at entry level, with higher rates of $17–$19 and above based on experience and an inspection license. Full-time and part-time openings are available across Durham, Wake Forest and Morrisville.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in automotive service or related field.
• Valid driver’s license or ID is required.
• State inspection license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services: oil changes, tire maintenance, vehicle inspections, brakes, alignments, and more.
• Assist fellow technicians and learn advanced skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain recommended services.
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe.

GST with 2 years of experience: $19 + per hour with commission

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work Mon. - Sat. with a day off (5 days)

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50-80 lbs, stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Work indoors in varying conditions.
