Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care NC is seeking motivated General Service Technicians to join our team. If you’re passionate about cars and eager to learn, this is your opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits after probation, a 401k plan, PTO after 6 months, evenings and Sundays off, and 5 holidays. Entry-level earners can start at $14–$16/hr with room to grow to $19+/hr with experience and licenses.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience
• Valid driver’s license or ID
• State inspection license
• Passion for automotive work and eagerness to learn
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work Mon. - Sat. with a day off (5 days)

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services: oil changes, tire maintenance, vehicle inspections, brakes, alignments, and more.
• Assist fellow technicians and learn advanced skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain recommended services.
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe.

Hourly: Full or Part Time

Entry level lube tech: $14 - $16 per hour with commission

GST: $17 - 19 (1 year of experience) with commission

You will earn more with more experience & an inspection license!

GST with 2 years of experience: $19 + per hour with commission
