Job summary

Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Southaven, MS area. You’ll perform essential tire services and basic vehicle maintenance alongside experienced automotive professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
