Our locations offer fast oil change bays and a variety of mechanical and tire services provided by certified technicians.

Job Description

The General Service Technician is responsible for providing quality service and vehicle repairs in a timely manner. This role supports the company mission and values while contributing to the success of the team.

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Change oil and oil filters in cars and light trucks
2. Install, repair, and rotate tires
3. Inspect and top off engine fluids
4. Lubricate frontend parts as needed
5. Perform vehicle inspections following a checklist (belts, hoses, brakes, etc.)
6. Operate customer vehicles into and out of service bays
7. Maintain positive customer relationships
8. Maintain good working relationships with coworkers and management
9. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
10. Ensure a safe and clean work environment
11. Represent the organization professionally, projecting trust, honesty, and respect

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

1. Have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
2. Have at least one year of basic car care experience (helpful but not necessary)
3. Are customer-focused and team-oriented
4. Are mechanically inclined
5. Possess a valid driver’s license
6. Can pass pre-employment drug and background tests
7. Have effective communication and interpersonal skills
8. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
9. Are willing to work Saturdays

Physical Requirements:

1. Prolonged standing, stooping, and bending
2. Occasional exertion of 50-100 lbs of force, or frequent exertion of 10-25 lbs, or constant exertion of over 10 lbs to move objects
