Description

Sullivan Tire, a leading tire and automotive service company, has been family operated for more than 67 years with over 1,200 employees. Currently, there is an opportunity to join as a General Service Technician. The technician performs entry-level vehicle maintenance and repairs, delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer service standards are met, while adhering to internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair passenger and light truck tires correctly.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign vehicles properly.
• Conduct and document vehicle safety inspections accurately.
• Perform unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs such as replacing headlights, fan belts, batteries, and wiper blades.
• Collaborate with store management to meet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly disposing of waste.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
