  • Painting and finishing products using equipment such as paint guns, sanders, and sandblasters.
  • Packing, staging, and shipping products and materials.
  • Material handling using hand trucks, carts, and forklifts.
  • Running errands like delivering or picking up parts from local vendors.
  • General maintenance and cleanup to keep the shop organized and efficient.
  • Assisting other departments as needed, including machine building, shipping, inventory, and facilities support.
You’ll work with our experienced team to deliver high-quality products to customers in the railroad, mining, automotive, renewable energy, and aerospace industries.

What You Bring:

Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the day.
  • Willingness to use hand and power tools.
  • A self-starter attitude - you’ll thrive in this role if you're proactive and dependable.

Preferred:
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop environment.
  • Forklift experience (OSHA certification a plus).
  • A valid driver's license (for local parts pickups and deliveries).
Why You’ll Love Working at CAM:
  • Be part of a small, passionate team where every person makes a difference.
  • Learn new skills and cross-train in a variety of departments.
  • Grow your career in a stable, family-owned company with over 100 years of innovation.
Competitive benefits package including:
  • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance.
  • 401(k) with Company Match.
