What We Need From You

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Prior automotive/shop experience.
• Basic tool set to perform oil services and remove wheels.
• Ability to use computerized equipment for inspection and word processing.
• Self-motivated and highly reliable.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Positive attitude and detail-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Position Expectations

• Perform needed maintenance on customer vehicles according to Scott’s standards and vehicle specifications.
• Use provided equipment to inspect every vehicle entering the shop.
• Take pictures during inspections to communicate vehicle condition to service advisors and customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and reputation.
• Assist in keeping the work area clean and safe.
• Support front-end staff with customer and vehicle care, including check-in, parking, and loaner vehicle prep.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure proper maintenance and timely repairs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Director.
• Maintain shop, tools, and equipment.
• Contribute to shop productivity and efficiency.
