Role Overview

As the General Sales Manager for AI Consulting, you will be key in establishing and expanding our AI Consulting practice. This role involves acting as a front-line SME, supporting sales teams, and leading AI consulting engagements. You will partner with business leaders to identify operational gaps, design AI solutions, and drive growth by translating AI technology into business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales teams during prospecting and throughout the sales cycle as the AI SME
  • Identify and pursue new AI consulting opportunities
  • Guide sales teams to align AI solutions with client needs and goals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Lead discovery meetings and AI consulting engagements from start to finish
  • Present AI strategies to executives and develop tailored solutions
  • Help develop the AI Consulting practice, including service offerings and scaling strategies
  • Design and deliver AI training programs for teams
  • Continuously improve sales and consulting processes
  • Develop AI solution descriptions and value propositions
